Front desk and client relationships
Appointments, waiting board, owner and patient relationships, consent, two-way messages, estimates and accountable handovers in one operational view.
VetSheet is an AI-native Clinic OS designed to connect the full outpatient journey: appointments, client and patient records, consultations, diagnostics, inpatient handoffs, pharmacy, invoices, follow-up, reporting, and team operations. Boo AI supports documentation and evidence review inside the case, while the clinical team remains responsible for every final decision and signed record. Regional policy packs adapt the workflow to each clinic’s jurisdiction and operating habits.
Works alongside your existing systems
No forced migration. A clinic can introduce VetSheet alongside its existing PIMS, templates, and routines. Each connector is scoped, audited, and enabled only after its team, branch, and credential controls pass review.
Built for the vet's daily screen
Start the consult, review the AI draft, search an evidence-linked drug reference, run calculations, inspect lab or DICOM results, and prepare owner documents from the same patient and encounter context. Provenance and review state stay visible at every step.
Connected to the Peqaboo ecosystem
VetSheet is part of the Peqaboo pet ecosystem. the bridge between clinic and home. Receive pre-visit symptom summaries from pet owners, then seamlessly send discharge instructions, medication reminders, and recheck schedules back through the same platform owners already use daily.
The first-phase version is being built for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Colombia, the UAE (including Dubai), the wider Middle East and Africa, major European markets including France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Language, roles, consent, prescribing references, tax, time, units, and RTL are configured by market and clinic—not as hard-coded regional copies.
Interface, transcripts, owner instructions, and signed records are designed for local veterinary terminology, long strings, mixed scripts, and RTL.
The connector layer is designed to link PIMS, laboratories, imaging, payments, and Peqaboo without making any external system the unverified source of clinical truth.
Consent wording, prescribing references, telehealth, retention, controlled-drug workflows, and sign-off can be configured for each clinic’s local requirements and operating practice. VetSheet provides auditable workflow controls, not legal advice.
Currency, tax, invoice identity, timezone, units, telephone, retention, and branch close follow explicit clinic and market policy.
A real clinic workflow
VetSheet is not a collection of disconnected AI tools. It connects reception, CRM, clinical care, hospital work, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, people operations and management reporting around the same patient, encounter, branch and audit trail.

Roles and rosters, inventory and pharmacy, estimates, invoices, payments and refunds, daily close, branch comparison and auditable operational reports.
Patient, encounter, branch, role, source evidence and review state travel with the task. Boo can draft, retrieve, reconcile and surface risk; authorised staff review and commit the final action.
Record the consult, review the SOAP, look up a drug, send the discharge note. Each tool handles a specific part of the daily workload.
Record or upload a consultation and VetSheet can prepare a transcript and a structured SOAP draft for clinician review. From the reviewed encounter context, the team can prepare discharge instructions, referral letters, and owner explanations without re-entering the same facts. Nothing is signed or filed without authorised review.
Use AI reasoning to explore differential diagnoses, search the maintained medicine reference by name or indication, run clinical calculators, and bring laboratory or DICOM findings into a reviewable case context. Evidence links, provenance, uncertainty, and review status remain visible; AI output is decision support, not an autonomous interpretation.
The record should not stop at the consultation room door. VetSheet connects telehealth consultations, calendar scheduling, patient management, and document libraries with RAG-powered search into one continuous workflow. Through the Peqaboo integration, pre-visit symptom summaries flow in and post-visit care instructions, medication reminders, and recheck schedules flow back to owners. closing the loop between clinic and home.
Whether you are a solo practitioner or run a multi-vet hospital, VetSheet adapts to your team. Veterinarians get AI-assisted documentation and clinical decision tools. Veterinary nurses can manage patient records and prepare discharge documents. Clinic managers gain visibility into case throughput and follow-up completion. Everyone works from the same source of truth.
Most clinic software starts when the pet enters the room and stops when they leave. VetSheet is part of Peqaboo, a pet lifestyle platform. so owner-submitted symptoms arrive before the visit, and discharge instructions, reminders, and follow-ups continue after it.
