These terms govern your use of VetSheet, operated by Decennium Platforms Limited. By creating an account or using VetSheet, you agree to these terms.
About VetSheet
VetSheet is a veterinary practice management platform. It provides consultation recording and transcription, AI-generated SOAP notes, patient records management, clinical calculators, and video consultations. VetSheet is designed for licensed veterinary professionals and clinics.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. Each account is for a single user unless you are on a clinic plan that supports multiple users.
Acceptable use
You may use VetSheet for lawful veterinary practice purposes only. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use VetSheet for anything outside its intended purpose.
Subscriptions and payment
VetSheet offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on our pricing page. Recording minutes are consumed based on your plan. Unused minutes do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Recording and AI-generated notes
VetSheet records and transcribes consultations using AI technology. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction before recording. AI-generated notes are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified veterinarian before use. Accuracy may vary depending on audio quality and language.
Clinical responsibility
VetSheet is a documentation tool. It does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating veterinarian. AI-generated content should always be reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before being used in patient care.
Your data
You retain ownership of the clinical data, recordings, and patient records you create in VetSheet. We store and process this data on your behalf to provide the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Intellectual property
VetSheet and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by Decennium Platforms Limited. Your use of VetSheet does not transfer any ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to you.
Availability and updates
We work to keep VetSheet available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, fix issues, or make changes to improve the platform. We will notify you of major changes that affect how you use VetSheet.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Decennium Platforms Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VetSheet. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. After termination, your data is kept for 90 days before deletion unless legal requirements apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. If you continue to use VetSheet after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
